Day 1 : Arrive Auckland

Arrive Auckland airport, complete your immigration and customs formalities and then board your coach for transfer to the hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 2 : Auckland - Rotorua (ABF)

Morning city tour of Auckland including Mt. Eden, Queen Street, Harbor bridge and Waterfront. Then drive to Rotorua. Enroute we visit one of New Zealand’s top and unique attraction… the famous Waitomo Caves, where you will be guided through the long galleries and lofty chambers to view stalactites and stalagmites forms over thousands of years by the constant dripping of water. And then board your coach and drive to Rotorua.

Rotorua internationally famous thermal city is the oldest and perhaps best known resort in the country, where generations of visitors have enjoyed the “healing” waters of its thermal spas and marvelled at its natural wonders. Rarely will you find such a concentration of attractions and activities as in this resort. Arrive Rotorua then check- in to hotel. Indian dinner.

Day 3 : At Rotorua (ABF)

Morning sightseeing provides for what is known as the 3* Combo attractions. Tour includes Agrodome Sheep Show for a memorable experience on New Zealand’s sheep farming history. Then onto Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve including Maori Arts, Crafts Institute. Afternoon at leisure, free to explore this resort town.

Day 4 : Depart Rotorua – Arrive Queenstown (ABF)

Depart for airport for your flight to Queenstown. On arrival in Queenstown, complete your immigration and customs formalities and then transfer to the hotel and check in. Take a stroll in the evening by the lakeside and/or the lively downtown. Queenstown is small … may be just 1.5 km X .5 Km! Balance day at leisure. In the evening eat Indian dinner.

Day 5 : At Queenstown (ABF, Picnic Lunch)

Set off today for your unforgettable Fiordland excursion. See Lake Wakatipu beneath the rugged remarkables to Lake Teanu, the stunning Chrisite Falls and enter the 1.2 km Homer Tunnel, drilled through the solid rock of a mountain. As we exit the Homer Tunnel prepare yourself for the breathtaking impact of the Cleddau Valley and the descent into Milford sound. Here you will see the wonders of Mitre Peak, rock walls scarred by glaciers that rise 1,200m vertically from the sea and waterfalls from hanging valleys tumble into the sound. Return to Queenstown.

Day 6 : At Queenstown (ABF)

Day at leisure.

Day 7 : Queenstown - Fox Glacier (ABF)

Morning travel along the shores of Lake Wanaka and Hawera to Hasst Pass, the most stunning highway in New Zealand and gateway to World Heritage Westland National Park. Initially the pass travels through the treeless grasslands of Central Otago then at the highest point, the majestic peaks of the Southern Alps and the rivers and rainforests of Westland dominate the landscape. We will continue to travel up the West Coast past spectacular mountain ranges, native forests and takes to the Fox Glaciers. Here you will experience the timelessness of this region and the imposing spectacle of these ancient “Rivers of Ice”. The Fox Glacier falls, 2,600m on its 13km journey from the Southern Alps; its terminal face creaks and arches over the cave from which the Fox River emerges, pale with powdered rock. This living “Rivers of Ice” a must see for any visitor to New Zealand.

Arrive Fox Glacier check into hotel. Balance day at leisure. Free to explore this beautiful place. Dinner.

Day 8 : Fox Glacier - Christchurch (ABF) – Tranz Alpine Train

Board your coach and drive to Graymouth railway station and from there you board your Tranz Alpine train to Christchurch. Arrive Christchurch railway station then transfer to hotel and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a half-day tour of this beautiful city.

Day 9 : Depart Christchurch (ABF)

In the morning transfer to the airport for your flight to next destination.
